Mindful Resilience Training for Wellbeing at Work

Mindful Resilience for Wellbeing and Burnout Prevention

I provide training in mindfulness and resilience for workers wishing to build their individual resilience. I began teaching mindfulness in the form of MBCT in 2003 as part of my PhD. Since then I have taught mindfulness in the form of MBCT in a mental health setting from 2008 to 2016. More recently I have been running mindful resilience seminars and workshops for nurses from at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital (SCGH) in Perth, Western Australia as part of their professional development training. I have also delivered training to community care workers, nursing students (via video conference) and university staff and academics. For more information about the latest mindful resilience program I have developed, please go to the MRWW page on this website, or email Mark (Contact Us page on this website).
